Carnotze

Carnotze is a single-storey holiday home in Owermoigne, near Warmwell. It is set up for two, with one double bedroom whose en-suite has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. Underfloor heating runs in the shower room, and electric radiators warm the main living area.

The open-plan living space has exposed beams, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric stove, plus an L-shaped sofa. The kitchen is a kitchenette better suited to basic cooking, with an electric two-ring hob, a microwave and a fridge. The TV is internet only, with no terrestrial channels, so guests need to log in to their own apps, and there is WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Private parking takes one car, and EV charging is available at a cost by arrangement with the owner, using a type 2 connection. The gravelled garden has furniture and a barbecue. The shop is 0.25 miles from the door, the pub 2.3 miles, and Ringstead Beach is an hour's country walk.

Pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Arrivals are on Saturdays only. The home suits a couple, or one traveller, who want a small ground-floor base with parking and a garden.
