Carters Barn

Carters Barn stands in the hamlet of Coombe Keynes, near West Lulworth. The nearest pub and shop are 1.5 miles away. At the front is a grass verge with climbing roses, and the rear garden has a patio, a lawn with flower beds and trees, and a BBQ area for eating outside.

The sitting room has stone walls, wooden floors, a beamed fireplace with a log burner, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a hi-fi with an iPod dock. Logs and coal are included from October to April, but kindling and firelighters are not. The kitchen/dining room has a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and the Wi-Fi is superfast broadband. Heating is central.

There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bunk bedroom, and each has a TV. The family bathroom has a bath and an overhead shower, and there is an additional WC. Parking is for two cars. The cottage accepts two dogs, and additional charges may apply. Towels come with the cottage, but beach and pool towels are for guests to bring. The cottage suits a family or two couples who want a quiet hamlet, with the pub 1.5 miles off.
