Green Cottage - No 4

Green Cottage No 4 is a three-storey house in West Lulworth for up to six guests. The pub is 350 metres away, the beach 750 yards and the shop 0.5 miles.

The ground floor is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with a smart TV. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a built-in microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a separate WC and basin sit by the front door. The house runs on air source heat pumps, with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and has internet access.

On the first floor are a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin with two single beds, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The top floor holds the main bedroom, with a four-poster king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes and a second smart TV.

The enclosed patio garden has dining furniture, a fire pit and a BBQ. Off-road parking is for two cars: one in front of the house and the second in a carport 50 metres from the front door. A travel cot and highchair are available. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The house suits three couples, or a family, who want a bedroom and bathroom each and a garden for the dogs.
