Beach Cottage

Beach Cottage spreads over three floors in West Lulworth. The pub is 350 metres away, the shop half a mile and the beach 750 yards, while Lulworth Cove is 1 mile from the property. The ground floor has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a Smart TV and underfloor heating, and a WC.

On the middle floor are a twin bedroom at the front and a king-size room with an en-suite shower room at the back, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The four-poster king bedroom is on the top floor, with its own en-suite shower room, a Smart TV and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

The garden is an enclosed patio with dining furniture, a swing bed for two, a BBQ and a fire pit. Two cars fit: one in front of the house and one in a carport 50 metres from the front door. An air source heat pump heats the house. The house takes up to two dogs, and further charges may apply. The house suits three couples, or a family of six, who don't mind stairs up to the four-poster room on the top floor.
