Cliff Barn

Cliff Barn is a renovated single-storey building within Cliff Farm, on the outskirts of Burton Bradstock. The village shop is 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. A short stroll leads to the village centre, which has two pubs serving food, a Post Office and a garage, and the South West Coast Path is reachable within moments of the front door. Doors from the lounge open onto a porch with a bistro table and chairs, and the dining table for two overlooks a field and the South West Coast Path beyond.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a log-burning stove, two reclining armchairs and a smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. WiFi is provided, and there are two smart TVs in total.

The single bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn and furniture, which is a safe space for dogs, and two well-behaved dogs are allowed. One car fits in the off-road parking. Smoking is not allowed. Cliff Barn suits a couple, with or without dogs, who want a single-storey layout.
