Seine Cottage

Seine Cottage is a stone cottage with a thatched roof in Burton Bradstock, sleeping three. Original features include exposed beams, some of them low, so tall guests should watch their heads. Upstairs are a double and a single bedroom, both with reduced height at the eaves, and a shower room with a walk-in shower and a WC.

The snug L-shaped lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a feature stone fireplace and a window seat, with a Smart TV, a DVD player and an iPod dock. The fully equipped galley kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. Wi-Fi is included, and the heating is central and electric.

Outside is a small courtyard garden with shrubs, stone walls and outdoor furniture. Parking is at the roadside on the lane nearby. Because of the thatched roof, barbecues are not allowed. One dog is welcome, and extra charges may apply.

Arrival is from 15:00 onwards, and departure is before 10:00 on the last morning. The beach, shop and pub are all within easy walking distance. The cottage suits two adults with a child, or a couple, who want a compact cottage they can walk out from.
