This cottage in Burton Bradstock takes up to three guests, with a king-size bedroom and a single room on the first floor. The king room has an en-suite WC, and both bedrooms have reduced height at the eaves. The stairs are steep, and because of the cottage's age some doorways are low and narrow and some rooms are reached by steps.

The lounge has a flame-effect electric fire set in an inglenook fireplace, with a Smart TV. An archway leads to the dining room and a galley kitchen with a range electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. Beyond a low doorway and steps is a utility area holding the washing machine, a table-top dishwasher and a seven-bottle wine fridge. The shower room, with a walk-in shower and WC, is on the ground floor off the utility area. One bedroom has its own TV.

The spacious garden is enclosed and laid to lawn, with stone walls, borders and outdoor furniture. There is shared access to the rear of the neighbouring properties via the back garden. Off-road parking for one car is on the gravel drive. There is a 7kW EV charger on site with a type 2 plug adapter and a 10m cable supplied, and the owner emails before arrival to arrange payment.

The shop and the pubs are within 100 metres, and the beach is 0.5 miles away. This is a no-dogs property. It suits one or two adults, or a parent with a child, who drive an electric car and are comfortable with steep stairs.
