Village View
Ground-floor one-bedroom retreat for two in Burton Bradstock
Village View sits in Burton Bradstock with views over the village and along the Jurassic Coast towards West Bay. It is a one-bedroom cottage, all on the ground floor, and a porch leads into an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove.
Patio doors open onto a raised decked area, and there is a patio with a table and chairs beside a lawn. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, so the property sleeps two, and a travel cot is available. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The washing machine is shared with the owner and is in their outside utility room.
Parking is for two cars. Two pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The first basket of logs for the stove is provided in season only, and after that logs are at the guest's expense.
The pub and shop are within 0.2 miles, the South West Coast Path is close and Hive Beach is a short walk. It suits a couple, with a dog or two if they like.
