Coastal View is a ground-floor apartment in a detached Victorian house in Lyme Regis, with views of the Jurassic Coast. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the beach 0.3 miles. The lounge has a large bay window, and the adjoining kitchen has an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Paddleboarding is available from the seafront, and walkers can follow the South West Coast Path to Charmouth, Seatown and Eype.

The bedroom has a super-king-size bed and the shower room a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. Outside, steps lead down from the rear decked seating area to a gravelled garden with patio furniture, so bear the external steps in mind. Gas central heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. The lounge and kitchen are adjoining, so mealtimes can be taken with a view out of the bay window.

The flat shares its old building with other holiday lets, so noise may carry between flats. There is allocated parking for one car. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. There are no pets and no smoking. It suits a couple who want a ground-floor flat and can manage a few garden steps.
