Crantock

Crantock is a house in the heart of Sherborne for up to six guests. Two restaurants are less than five minutes' walk away, a Waitrose is a few minutes away, the pub is 0.1 miles from the house and the shop is 0.3 miles. A private driveway holds three cars.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor: two with king-size beds and one twin. A shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a second bathroom has a freestanding bath, a handheld shower and a walk-in shower. There is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC. The living space includes a kitchen/diner with a TV, a sitting room with a gas fire, a snug and a utility.

The kitchen has an oven, a double gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is a Smart TV, WiFi and gas central heating, and a travel cot is available. The patio garden has furniture and a barbecue. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a second can be asked about before booking. The minimum stay is three nights. The house is close to an A road, so some traffic noise is possible during working hours. It is non-smoking, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or two couples who want to walk into town.
