Family House

Family House is a detached three-storey house just outside the centre of Weymouth, with a shop 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.9 miles. It sleeps 12 across six bedrooms, and off-road parking takes two cars.

The kitchen has a range cooker with a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a wine cooler. Beyond it are a living and dining room, a sunroom and a first-floor study, with three TVs and WiFi in the house. The first-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a double basin, the second-floor bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower, and there is a first-floor cloakroom.

The bedrooms run across all three floors. A super-king on the second floor has a fold-out bed, a Juliet balcony and a TV. The first floor has a king with a pull-out bed, a double, a triple room with a TV and a single, and a double bedroom is on the ground floor. Guests need to bring their own linen for the fold-out beds and the travel cot. A highchair and travel cot are available.

The rear garden is enclosed and on several levels, with a lawn, a patio, furniture and a children's play set. It also has a fenced pond. Bikes and boards can be stored. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a large family or group that wants a garden for children and a bedroom on the ground floor.
