Shore View

Shore View is a holiday house in Weymouth, spread over four floors, with views of the beach and sea. A shop, a pub and the beach are all 0.1 mile away. The second-floor sitting room looks towards the nearby beach and the carnival, and has a smart TV for quieter evenings; the living and dining room has a woodburning stove with a starter pack provided, and guests bring their own logs for the rest of the stay.

Ten people sleep in five bedrooms: three doubles and two twins. One double and one twin are on the first floor, a double is on the second floor and a double and a twin are on the third. Washing facilities are a main bathroom that has a bath and a shower over it, walk-in shower rooms on the second and third floors, and a cloakroom with a WC. The kitchen has a double electric oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and there are gas central heating and WiFi. A cot and a highchair are available, and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Parking comes as two permits for Zone F on-street parking, subject to spaces being available. The nearest council pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a large family or two groups of friends who want separate floors and a seaside location.
