Seaside House

Seaside House is an end-of-terrace Georgian townhouse in Weymouth, spread over four floors. It sleeps twelve across six bedrooms, with three reception rooms and six bath and shower rooms. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and a shop and pub are five minutes away.

The kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric double oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the house also has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A sitting room on the first floor and a snug give two more places to settle. The bedrooms are a king on the first floor, a king and a double on the second, two twin rooms on the third and a double on the ground floor, and three have en-suite shower rooms. The top-floor twin has an en-suite cloakroom, which is a WC only.

Outside, a courtyard has furniture and an external utility room. Parking is one off-road space measuring 2.5m wide by 4m deep, plus two permits for the Swannery and Lodmoor car parks until 31 May 2027, subject to availability and council renewal. A council car park nearby is available for a fee.

Care is needed on the top floor, where the ceilings slope. The stair rails cannot take pressure stair gates, so none are provided and guests must not fit their own. Bring extra towels if the day beds are used. Stag and hen parties are not accepted, and single-sex groups must check with the owner first. A good housekeeping bond is payable, and neither pets nor smoking is permitted. It suits a large family party or friends sharing a holiday, with a ground-floor double for a multigenerational group.
