The BoBo House

The BoBo House is a newly renovated four-storey terraced house in Weymouth, 0.1 miles from the beach, with room for twelve across six bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own name: Anchor is a twin on the ground floor, Driftwood a king-size on the first floor beside the lounge, and Harbour a super-king on the second floor next to Sandcastle, a double.

On the top floor, Seagulls is a triple with three single beds, and Helter-Skelter is a single with a TV and an Xbox. Both top-floor rooms have areas of restricted height. The first-floor bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower, the second-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, and there are WCs on the ground and top floors. The kitchen/diner has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. The lounge is on the first floor, and there is a Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a highchair and cot bed are available.

At the back, an enclosed garden with astroturf gives children a secure space to play. The house has no parking of its own. The nearest council car park is the Swannery, a walk of five to ten minutes, and Lodmoor is the other choice; tickets for both are bought through Just Park. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.7 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a big family, or two families sharing, who want a bedroom for each couple and a beach on the doorstep.
