Goliath

Goliath is a converted stable in the Brewers Quay area of Weymouth, a short stroll from the old harbour. It is a compact one-bedroom home: a king-size bedroom, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, so it sleeps two.

Appliances run to an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A TV, WiFi and gas central heating are provided, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all part of the booking. Secure parking is available for one car.

The pub and the shop are 0.2 miles away, and so is the beach. Hope Square, with its restaurants and bars, is a few minutes' walk, Newton's Cove, with views over to Portland and beyond, is three minutes away on foot, the footpath through the Nothe Gardens leads on to the fort, and the South West Coast Path starts a few minutes from the front door.

The dog allowance is one small dog, and smoking is not allowed. The property directly opposite the front is carrying out building works, so some noise is possible, and guests are asked to bear that in mind when booking. It suits a solo traveller or a couple.
