Heselwood

Heselwood is a detached house in Lyme Regis, arranged over three floors for a party of nine. The living/dining room has a formal table that seats nine, the conservatory doubles as a games room with table football, and there is a chess board and a selection of books. There is also a snug with a day bed. The galley-style kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine, and there is a utility room. The washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are provided too.

Both first-floor family rooms have a double and a single bed, and one of them has its own en-suite with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC. On the second floor sit a twin room and a single room, whose Velux windows look out to the sea. All four bedrooms are on the first and second floors; there is no bedroom on the ground floor. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC, and three cloakrooms, each with a basin and WC, are spread through the house, including one on the first floor and one on the second.

The rear garden is multi-level, with a lawn, a patio and outdoor furniture, and it shares the sea views. Off-road parking comes with the house. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the property allows one dog only. A highchair, a travel cot and a stairgate can be provided. Heating is gas central heating, WiFi and a Smart TV are included, as are fuel, power, bed linen and towels. There is no smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

A shop is 0.4 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.5 miles. Heselwood can also be booked together with The Coach House, which brings the combined capacity to 15. On its own it suits an extended family or a group of friends with a single dog, and anyone happy to climb stairs between three floors.
