Jurassic Sea View

Jurassic Sea View is an elevated detached house in Lyme Regis that sleeps nine, a short distance from the town centre. The terrace at the front has tables and chairs and looks over the town to the sea and the coastline beyond. At the back, a patio with furniture is framed by trees, and wooden steps rise to a further seating area with a bell-shaped gazebo.

Downstairs, the large sitting room has a gas stove that looks like a woodburner, a piano and sliding glass doors to the garden. The kitchen/diner has a dual-fuel range cooker with seven gas rings and four electric ovens, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A small snug with books, toys and a futon doubles as a playroom, and a highchair and travel cot are supplied.

Four bedrooms are upstairs: a double with an en-suite shower room, a second double, a twin, and a family room with a double and a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with a dual-head shower over it. There are seven smart TVs, and heating is gas.

Parking is off-road for two cars. Two dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Bed linen and towels, along with fuel and power, are included in the rent. The shop is 0.6 miles away and the pub 0.4 miles. It suits two families sharing, or a group of adults, who want a bedroom for each couple and room for a dog or two.
