Sundial House

Sundial House sleeps nine on four floors of an Arts and Crafts house on the seafront in Lyme Regis. Two of the four bedrooms are king-size rooms with bay windows and sea views. The others are a double, which is reached through a bathroom, and a bunk room with an additional single bed. Each bedroom has storage for belongings.

The kitchen and dining room are on the first floor, where an AGA and extra sofas sit beside the table, and a separate sitting room has the TV. The kitchen adds an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Two bathrooms, on the ground and third floors, each have a bath with a shower over. Gold-star wallpaper runs along the corridors. Central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Behind the house is an enclosed, split-level garden with furniture. The beach is 0.1 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the shop 0.3 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed, Sunday changeovers are not possible, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. The house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. With so many stairs, it suits a group of up to nine who are comfortable on their feet. Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre and the Stonebarrow Hill walks are further along the coast.
