High Cliff Orchard

High Cliff Orchard is a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the western side of Lyme Regis, around a 15 minute walk from the seafront, the beach, the shops and the restaurants. Sea views across Lyme Bay can be had from the bedrooms and from parts of the garden. It sleeps eight.

The large sitting room has blue sofas and French windows into a sunroom, and the kitchen/diner has a central table. The ground-floor bedroom is a super-king with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower cubicle. Upstairs are a twin room with coastal views and a family room with a double and bunk beds, served by a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower enclosure.

The sunroom leads to a patio, and the lawn beyond is surrounded by mature planting; the garden is not enclosed. Off-road parking takes three cars. A Podpoint 7kW charger is available for electric vehicles: bring your own cable, and the electricity used is charged at cost.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, a welcome pack is provided, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Smoking is not allowed. The shop and the pub are each 0.6 miles away, and the Ware Cliffs and the Undercliff section of the South West Coast Path are a short walk off. The house suits a family or group of friends, with or without dogs, who want off-road parking and a charger.
