Hillview Bungalow

Hillview is a detached bungalow at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Burton Bradstock, a short walk from Hive Beach and the Hive Beach Cafe. It has a large entrance hall, a large sitting/dining room with a gas coal-effect fire, and a kitchen. Appliances include a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. The freezer is in the garage.

Five can sleep here. The main bedroom has a 5 ft king-size double and a single bed, and the second room is a twin. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a basin, with a separate WC. A cot is available, and the bungalow has WiFi and free-to-view satellite channels. Gas central heating, fuel, power and bed linen are included, but towels are not provided. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

There is a front garden and an enclosed, south-facing lawned garden at the back. The sloped driveway takes three cars, and four steps lead up to the front door with one at the back door. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture or in either bedroom. Electric cars cannot be charged from the house supply. Smoking is not allowed. It is best for a family or walkers with dogs, up to five in all.
