Honeypot Cottage

Honeypot Cottage is a stone-built barn conversion on Berehayes Farm in Whitchurch Canonicorum. It is all on one level, with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, so it sleeps three. The open-plan living area has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, leather sofas and a woodburning stove. Logs are not supplied, but they can be bought locally.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, with a dining area beside it. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV and WiFi, electric central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. A welcome pack on arrival has milk, tea and locally sourced produce.

Outside is a communal gravel courtyard with seating. Guests can use the on-site heated indoor swimming pool complex during the main school holidays only, and not in the February half term. Parking is in a shared guest car park, with one allocated space for the cottage. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the river 0.7 miles and the shop 2 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The cottage suits a couple with a child, or a solo walker with a friend, who want a farm setting and a pool in the school holidays.
