Hove To

Hove To is a large detached house in Lyme Regis, set over three floors. The kitchen/diner has double doors into a conservatory overlooking the garden, and there is a sitting room with two sofas and an ornamental fireplace. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Heating and hot water come from an air source heat pump, and there are two TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. Three are on the first floor: a king-size with a TV, a twin whose zip-link beds can be set up as a super king-size on request, and a second twin. The fourth, a king-size on the second floor, has a balcony, a sitting area and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor also has a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it and a separate shower room.

The enclosed garden has a patio, a lawn, shrubs, storage and furniture. Off-road parking takes one car, with an electric car charging point available for an extra weekly charge. A long-stay car park in Charmouth Road, a few minutes' walk away, takes any additional vehicles.

One dog is the maximum, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. A shop and a pub are each 0.2 miles away. The house suits a family or a group of friends with a dog who want a garden and a conservatory to share.
