Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage for two in the middle of Swanage, with original beams in its open-plan living space and a rear patio with furniture. The pub is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles. The cottage stands on a main road.

The living area joins a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fan fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washer dryer, plus a Nespresso coffee pod machine. There is a TV and WiFi, and electric heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The double bedroom is on the first floor, while the bathroom, with a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC, is on the ground floor.

Steps are a real consideration here. There are three steps up into the kitchen area in front of the cooker, one step up to the bathroom, and steps throughout the ground floor, so the cottage is unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. The rear patio and entrance are reached along a path shared with neighbouring cottages. Parking is on the roadside on nearby roads, first come, first served. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits a couple who are comfortable with steps and want the pub and shop close by.
