Laurel Cottage

Laurel Cottage is a detached thatched cottage in the middle of Osmington, one of a cluster of holiday properties. The front door opens into an open-plan living room with exposed beams, a tiled floor, a sofa and a TV, and the kitchen units are in the same room. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

A spiral staircase leads up to the double bedroom, which has wardrobes, and along the landing are the single bed and the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it. Check that the spiral staircase suits your party before booking. A cot and a highchair are available, and the cottage sleeps three. Electric radiators provide the heating, wifi is included, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are part of the rent.

The garden has a decking area, and the nearest shop is 1.6 miles away. Parking is off-road for one car. Osmington Mills can be reached in a 20-minute walk along the South West Coast Path, and Craig's Farm Dairy tea room and farm shop is very close to the property.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The cottage suits a couple, or a couple with one child, who want a thatched village cottage with a pet and their own parking space.
