Lynwood Lodge - Little Lynwood

Little Lynwood is a single-storey lodge for two at Osmington, near Weymouth, one of four properties in the same development. It stands on the A353, in an elevated position, and steps lead through the garden from the parking area to the door. Check the approach if steps are a problem for anyone in your party.

The double doors open into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner that looks over the garden to countryside beyond. It has a table for two, a Smart TV with DVD, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The king-size bedroom is next door, with an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

The enclosed terrace has a private hot tub, a small lawn and a picket fence, on two levels, with a wide view over the bay on a clear day. Parking is off-road at the side of the property, reached by a shared drive. The beach is 2 miles away, and the pub and shop are within walking distance.

No children or infants under 18 may stay. One dog is welcome, and additional charges may apply. Confirm the pet policy when booking. Check-in is from 15:30 and departure is before 10:00. It suits a couple who want a hot tub of their own and room for a dog.
