Lynwood Lodge - The Log Cabin

The Log Cabin is one of four properties in a development beside the A353 at Osmington, near Weymouth. It is a single-storey cabin for two, reached from the shared parking area by a slope. Double doors open into the lounge, kitchen and dining space under a vaulted ceiling, where a table seats the two of you and there is a TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A door leads through to the king-size bedroom, and the shower room with WC is off it. From the bedroom, a stable door steps out into the enclosed garden, which has an area of artificial lawn, furniture and a gravel terrace with the hot tub.

The car goes in the one off-road space at the front, within the shared parking area. The beach is 2 miles away, and the pub and shop are within half a mile. Durdle Door, Ringstead Bay and Lulworth Cove are among the Jurassic Coast sites within easy reach, and Weymouth is a short drive. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Children and infants under 18 are not accepted. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

It suits a couple with a dog who want a hot tub and a garden reached straight from the bedroom.
