Lea Cottage

Lea Cottage is a terraced house in Eype that sleeps three. You walk straight into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, where there is a wood burner (the first basket of logs is supplied), a sofa and a Smart TV, and a dining table that seats four. The stairs lead up to a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom on the first floor.

The kitchen is at the back of the room and has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave and a washing machine. The bathroom has a small bath, a shower and a WC. A travel cot and highchair are available if you are bringing a baby or toddler.

The rear garden is enclosed, overlooks the countryside and has outdoor seating. Parking is two allocated spaces in a private car park within 500 metres of the cottage, so it is not at the door. Up to three dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am.

The beach, a shop and two pubs (one of them seasonal) are 0.5 miles away. The cottage suits a family of three, a couple, or a party with a dog or two.
