Lightkeepers Cottage

Lightkeepers Cottage is a detached house in Lyme Regis. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a feature fireplace and a sitting area, and a separate snug gives a second place to sit. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Four Smart TVs with Sky and WiFi are provided, and the house has gas central heating.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. Two are king-size rooms with a TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and the other two are twins, one of which has zip-link beds that can be made up as a king-size if you ask when booking. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and there is a cloakroom with a basin and a WC. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Off-road parking takes two cars. The gardens at the rear have astro turf and patio furniture. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The house suits two families, or a group of friends who want en-suite rooms and two parking spaces.
