Inside, the double bedroom has a bay window, carpet and an armchair, and the apartment sleeps two. A shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The open-plan living space splits into a sitting area with a two-seater sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV, a dining table, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi is included, and so are fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Bookings run Saturday to Saturday only. Pets are not allowed and neither is smoking; a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a couple who want a garden to sit in and a ground-floor bedroom.
