Middle Sea

Middle Sea is a first-floor apartment for two in a period building in Swanage, with sea views. The beach is 50 metres away, reached by wooden steps and a path through the shared grounds, and the pub is 150 metres. The shop is 500 metres, and the centre of town is half a mile. Studland Bay is a 3-mile drive.

You climb to the first floor to reach the apartment. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has glass patio doors on to the balcony. The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and there is a table for two, a sofa and a Smart TV. The double bedroom has views out towards Swanage Bay. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is three steps down.

The laundry room on the ground floor is shared, with a pay washing machine and dryer, so charges apply. A step up leads out to the balcony, and the shared grounds have seating and garden furniture. Middle Sea has a private space for one car. Please bring your own beach towels. Dogs cannot be brought to Middle Sea.

Middle Sea suits a couple who want the sea close by and are fine with shared laundry and a few steps.
