Nestleton

Nestleton is a one-bedroom apartment for two in Swanage, close to Peveril Point. The shop and the pub are 150 metres away and the beach is 350 metres. The South West Coast Path is 550 metres from the property, and Peveril Point is just over 0.5 miles. The apartment is up a steep hill, and children are not accepted.

The lounge has a bay window, a wooden floor, an open fireplace, a Smart TV, a CD player and an iPod docking station. The kitchen/diner has a range-style cooker with five rings and an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a table to sit at together. The double bedroom has a wooden floor, and the bathroom has a hand-held shower over the bath.

A stable door in the kitchen opens on to the enclosed courtyard garden at the rear, which has a table and chairs, and there is a bench at the front of the property. There is street parking only. Dogs are not permitted at Nestleton. Guests arrive from 4pm and depart before 9am.

Nestleton suits a couple who want a fire to light and a short walk to the pub and the shop, and who can manage the hill.
