Number 3 by the Sea

Number 3 by the Sea is a ground-floor apartment on the seafront in Weymouth, with the beach 0.1 miles away across the road and views of the sea. The shop and pub are each 0.3 miles away. A front patio has furniture for sitting out.

The apartment sleeps two in a double bedroom. Its en-suite shower room, with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, is on the lower ground floor, and headroom there is limited in places, so guests taller than 6 feet may find it awkward. There is a sitting room and a kitchen with an electric oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi is provided, but there is no TV. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent.

Parking needs some planning. The one off-road space is rented from a church and is a few minutes' walk away. The church needs it between 9 and 12 every Sunday, so the car has to be moved, and it may be needed at other times, for a wedding for example, in which case you will be contacted.

Neither pets nor smoking are allowed, and there is a good-housekeeping bond. The apartment suits a couple who want a compact seafront base, are happy without a television, and do not mind a short walk to the car.
