Ocean Retreat

Ocean Retreat is a one-bedroom apartment in Weymouth for two guests, with the beach 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and a shop 0.5 miles. It is not suitable for children: the lounge has original Georgian sash windows with a low threshold, and care is needed whenever they are open.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a double basin and a heated towel rail. The apartment has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, plus a Smart TV. There is also a utility room, and the heating is gas central heating. The dining table looks out across the coast. The fireplace is decorative only, and the WiFi is shared with a neighbouring property.

Two steps lead into the apartment from the communal hallway. From the kitchen, two more steps go up to the screened balcony, which has sun loungers and a fold-away table and chairs.

Off-road parking is provided for one car. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a bond against good housekeeping is payable. The apartment is offered for winter short breaks. No pets, and no smoking. It suits a couple looking for a one-bedroom base near the beach.
