One - Old Coombe Cottages is a semi-detached cottage on a working farm at Stoke Abbott, near Beaminster. A long driveway brings you to it, and you reach the front door from the parking area up a couple of steps. Two guests can stay.

The door opens into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with a wood burner, a TV and DVD player, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. The one bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, a pitched ceiling and a sofa, and a sofa bed is also available there, suitable for one adult or two children. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, a shower and a WC.

A terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ sits directly outside the kitchen and dining area. A few steps away, a large raised decked area with outdoor furniture is shared with the neighbouring cottage and looks over the owner's field. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a shared utility room in an adjacent block. Smoking is not allowed, and the steps to the cottage and the decking make it unsuitable for guests who cannot manage steps.

Off-road parking is for one car. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. From the door it is 3 miles to the shop, 2 to the pub and 6 to the beach.
