Pebble Reef

Pebble Reef is a three-bedroom cottage in the village of Easton, on Portland, and it sleeps six. The kitchen/diner has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a gas hob and a fridge/freezer, and the sitting room has an electric fire and a Smart TV with FreeSat. There is also a summer house and WiFi, and every bedroom has a TV.

The bedrooms are two doubles and a twin. One double is on the ground floor, the other has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and the twin is the third. The separate bathroom has a bath and a shower, and three steps lead to it. Heating is gas central, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The small enclosed garden holds furniture, a barbecue, the summer house and a hot tub, and there are five steps in the garden. Parking is roadside, subject to availability. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Bookings must be for at least three nights, and a refundable good-housekeeping bond is payable. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 1.5 miles. The cottage suits a family or two couples who want a hot tub and a bedroom on the ground floor.
