The Blue Cottage

The Blue Cottage, also described as 65 Fortuneswell, is a three-storey house in Fortuneswell on Portland. The living and dining room is on the first floor and has panoramic views across the shoreline, and the house has extensive sea views. A shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3 miles.

The house sleeps six, with a king-size bed in each of its three bedrooms. One is on the second floor, next to the bathroom, with a TV and a decked balcony with furniture; one is a family room; and one has a TV. The second-floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a walk-in shower room is on the ground floor. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There are three TVs, WiFi and gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available.

Parking is a private gated space for two cars. A front patio has furniture. The minimum stay is two nights, smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family or group of friends of up to six who want separate bedrooms, and who are happy with stairs between three floors.
