Pebbles Foxglove Way

Pebbles Foxglove Way is a semi-detached house on the edge of West Bay, with the sea, beach and harbour 0.5 miles away, the shop at 0.4 miles and the pub at 0.5 miles. The living space is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a conservatory with a dining table and chairs, and there is a shower room with a walk-in shower and a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a super-king-size bed that is 6ft wide and a twin, which sleep four, plus a dressing room that doubles as a study. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a full-sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the house has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a Smart TV with Sky, WiFi and a music system with CD, MP3 and USB connections.

The enclosed back garden has a lawn and a patio, and a shed stores two adult bikes, although guests need their own padlock and leave items at their own risk. The driveway takes one vehicle, and roadside parking is unlimited.

One well-behaved dog over a year old is welcome, children must be five or older, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. In July and August the house takes full-week bookings only, starting on a Friday. It suits a couple or two couples sharing, or a family with older children and one dog.
