Pier View is the top-floor apartment in a Grade II-listed building close to the pier in Swanage. It sleeps two and takes no children. The shop and the pub are 150 metres away, and the beach is 0.5 miles.

Inside, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has high ceilings, a Smart TV and a DVD player, and the dining table looks out towards the pier. The kitchen has an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an icebox and a washing machine. The bedroom is a king-size room finished like a boutique hotel, and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

At the rear of the building there are shared gardens, and a dedicated parking space for one medium-sized car. The apartment has internet access. Guests bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.

Peveril Point, a headland with views along the coast, is 0.5 miles away, and Durlston Castle and Country Park are just over a mile away. Dogs are not allowed. The apartment suits a couple who want a high-ceilinged flat on the top floor, with the pier, the shops and the headland on foot.
