Portside

Portside is a house in the Greenhill part of Weymouth, built around one double bedroom for two guests. Entry is through the garage, which has room for bikes, and the first-floor living space is open-plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire and a Juliet balcony.

The double bedroom is on the second floor, with a freestanding bath and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. That is the only bathroom, and there is a separate WC too. Two flights of internal stairs lead to the living area and then the bedroom, and they may not suit anyone with limited mobility. The bedroom has low ceilings, so take care.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee maker, and a hairdryer is provided. There is a Smart TV and WiFi. One off-road space is in front of the house. Portside has no garden, but a small park that allows dogs is a two-minute walk away. The beach is 0.5 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles and the shop 0.3 miles.

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. It suits a couple, with or without a small dog, who are comfortable with stairs.
