Rosedale House

Rosedale House is a five-bedroom house for ten in Corfe Castle, with shops and pubs within a mile and the nearest beach 5 miles away. The ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor are a super-king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, a twin zip-and-link room with a shower room and WC next door, which can be arranged as a super-king-size on request, and a king-size room with an en-suite shower room. The top floor has a king-size bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom that has a separate shower and a view of Corfe Castle. Head height is restricted in the eaves there.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room has skylights, sliding doors to the garden and a generous island. A Smart TV sits in this room and another in the separate lounge, which has a wood-burner-effect gas fire. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric ovens, two dishwashers and an American-style fridge/freezer with an ice maker. The utility room holds a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A travel cot and highchair are available.

The garden is enclosed, with a terrace across the back of the house, a second patio at the far end, furniture on both and a garden room with a sofa. A gravel apron at the front takes four cars off the road. Dogs are not allowed, and fireworks are not permitted because of livestock in the nearby fields. It suits a large family, or friends sharing, who each want their own bathroom. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
