Royal Terrace Sunset

Royal Terrace Sunset is a one-bedroom apartment for two guests aged 25 or over, in the middle of Weymouth. A shop, a pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away.

It is a ground-floor apartment with stairs up to the bedroom and out to the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed, and the upstairs shower room has a walk-in shower, a handheld shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan space, and the kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. A smart TV and WiFi are provided, gas central heating is fitted, and the rent covers fuel and power, bed linen and towels.

The terrace has a patio and furniture. The apartment has no parking of its own, but public pay and display parking is nearby.

Short breaks are offered in winter, off-season, at the last minute and at Christmas. Booking comes with firm rules: no children, no pets, no smoking and no guests under 25, plus a payable good-housekeeping bond. It works for a couple aged 25 or over who would rather walk to the pub and the sand than drive, and who can manage the stairs.
