Sandpiper

Sandpiper is a one-bedroom house on the outskirts of Weymouth, set up for two. Off-road parking takes one car and comes with an electric car charging point, which will matter to anyone arriving in an electric car. The garden is lawned, and a new fence has gone in since the photos were taken.

The ground floor holds a sitting room with a Smart TV, a kitchen and a dining room. Upstairs are the king-size bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. In the kitchen: an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Smallmouth Bay, the Crab House Cafe, a convenience store and the South West Coast Path are all close by. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the beach 0.4 miles and the pub 0.5 miles. The town centre, with the Rodwell Trail, Nothe Fort and Weymouth Pavilion, is further on.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and check-in is from 4pm with check-out by 10am. The house suits a couple, with or without a dog, who drive and want to plug in the car.
