SeaBreeze Holiday Apartment

SeaBreeze Holiday Apartment is a ground-floor apartment for two guests in Swanage, within easy walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Its main draw is the outside space. At the front there is a private decked garden area with views of the sea and of Ballard Down.

There is also a secluded, enclosed landscaped garden with furniture and artificial turf. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the garden, and so do doors from the kitchen and breakfast room and from the king-size bedroom. The lounge has a high ceiling, an L-shaped sofa and a TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, an integrated fridge and freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a washing machine. The single bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. A welcome pack is provided, and guests bring their own beach towels. The apartment has internet access. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am.

There is private parking for one car. Electric vehicle charging at the property is strictly prohibited. Dogs are not allowed. It suits a couple who want a private garden and a short walk to town, and who do not need to charge an electric car on site.
