Seafields - Ringstead

Seafields is a five-bedroom house in Ringstead, near the end of a short lane, with the beach 100 metres away and a seasonal cafe 200 metres. The shop is 3 miles away, and the pub is 1.5 miles away by the coast path. The triple-aspect lounge and dining room has an open fire with logs included from October to the end of April, a TV with a DVD player and sea views. Patio doors lead down three steps to the terrace.

The kitchen has a double oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a breakfast table, and the utility room has the washing machine. A twin bedroom with sea views and a feature fireplace is on the ground floor, beside a shower room. Upstairs are four more bedrooms with original floorboards: a double with a 5ft bed, a triple with three single beds, a twin and a single. The double and the triple are dual aspect, with sea views and feature fireplaces. The first-floor bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. A covered yard off the kitchen suits wet coats and muddy boots. A travel cot is available on request, and a full-size cot can be used, but linen is not provided.

The lawned garden runs for three-quarters of an acre around the house, bounded by trees and shrubs, and there is a furnished raised terrace with a BBQ. A gate leads onto the coastal path and down to the beach by a steep path. Central heating and electricity are included.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The house suits a family or two families who want a garden, the sea and the coast path, and who are happy to use a steep path to reach the sand.
