Seaglimpse is a ground-floor apartment a short walk from the centre of Swanage, with views of the shoreline and a conservatory that overlooks the sea. The beach and a pub are 0.1 miles away, and the shop is 0.4 miles. A private driveway is available for parking.

The king-size bedroom has a bay window and an en-suite with a free-standing bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Gas central heating is fitted, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and travel cot are available.

Outside is a private garden with a lawn, a patio and furniture, as well as a communal garden with bike storage. There are steps in the garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a second may be accepted on request. Smoking is not allowed and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The property accepts only children up to 3 years old, bookings run Friday to Friday only, and there is no Sunday changeover. It suits a couple, with or without a dog, who want a sea-facing conservatory.
