Seaview Portland

Seaview Portland is a one-bedroom apartment in Fortuneswell, on Portland, described as a partial ground-floor apartment. The sea views are from the first floor at the back, and the beach is a six-minute walk away.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one open-plan space, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a Smart TV and WiFi, electric heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two people is the capacity. A sofa bed is in the property, but families should ask before booking if they want to bring children. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, and guests bring their own linen for the cot.

Parking is outside for one hour, which suits unloading, with a free car park nearby. A shop is 0.01 miles away, a pub 1 mile, and a bus stop is across the road. Smoking is not allowed. One well-behaved dog is welcome and you should ask about bringing two. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or a solo traveller with a dog.
