Sunny Croft

Sunny Croft is a 1930s bungalow in the village of Broadmayne, four miles from the county town of Dorchester and close to Warmwell. The hall leads to a king-size bedroom and a twin, and on to an open-plan space with the kitchen, a dining table for four and a sitting area. Another bedroom, a single, and the bathroom are off the sitting room.

In total the bungalow sleeps five. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a basin, and a separate basin and WC sits alongside it. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a separate utility room. There is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent, and the heating is gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

Outside, the garden has two patios with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, and there are countryside views. A large gravelled driveway gives private off-road parking for three cars. The pub and shop are both 0.2 miles away.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though they must be supervised outside at all times. The bungalow is non-smoking. Sunny Croft suits a family or a group of friends with dogs who want a hot tub, a single-storey layout and room to park.
