Teal House

Teal House takes up to two well-behaved pets and sleeps eight over three floors in Lyme Regis. On the first floor are a king-size bedroom with exposed stonework, a bunk room set up for children and the family bathroom, where the bath has a hand-held shower. Up another flight, a king-size and a twin share a shower room with a walk-in shower.

The galley-style kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room and the sitting room each have an electric fire, and heating is electric central heating. A TV, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

A back door leads to an enclosed, split-level garden with a raised area and patio furniture. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.2 miles. Parking is in a car park. Smoking is not allowed, Sunday changeovers are not accepted and a good housekeeping bond is payable. The stairs are steep, so the house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. It suits two families or a group of friends, with up to two pets. The seafront is a short stroll from the door, and Charmouth, nearby, has a beach known for fossil hunting.
