The Goathouse Cottage

The Goathouse Cottage sleeps three, in a double bedroom and a single. It is all on one level, though there are steps up to the entrance, so take care. The cottage is in the countryside near Lyme Regis, 0.8 miles away, and looks over hills and valleys. The nearest pub is 0.6 miles from the cottage, the river 0.5 miles, the shop 0.8 miles and the beach 1 mile.

The open-plan living room contains the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with a TV, a DVD player and a CD radio. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Laundry is done in a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer rather than in the cottage itself. The shower room has a walk-in shower. Oil central heating, WiFi, a hairdryer and an iron are provided, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and a travel cot are available.

Outside is a shared lawn with a picnic bench, next to a fenced-off wildlife pond. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Sunday arrivals are not accepted. If all six units are booked together, a group of up to 25 can stay. The cottage suits a couple with a child, or one person with a dog.
