The Little Rose

The Little Rose is a house in the middle of Lyme Regis, within 50 yards of the seafront, beaches, pubs and restaurants. It dates from the 1600s, and wooden beams, panelling, fireplaces and exposed stonework survive across three floors. The kitchen/diner has a woodburning stove and a range cooker with an electric oven and gas hob, and the sitting room has a Smart TV. A microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher are fitted, and WiFi is provided.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. The first floor has a king-size with a Smart TV and a twin, with a bathroom that has a freestanding bath and a shower over it. On the second floor are two king-size rooms, one with a Smart TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. A cloakroom has a basin and a WC. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a welcome pack of milk, tea and local treats awaits you.

There is a walled gravel garden with furniture. One parking permit for Woodmead car park on Hill Road, a short walk away, is supplied, with no allocated space and subject to availability. Fuel for the stove is not provided, and smoking is not allowed. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

A shop is 0.2 miles away. It suits two families, or friends sharing, who want a house close to the sea and can leave a car in a public car park.
